Superior Healthcare was founded in 2006 by Stewart Thorp, his father Charles and Sarah Richards in response to their experience of caring for Stewart’s brother and Charles’ son, Alex, who has an acquired brain injury.

From their personal experience, Charles and Stewart identified the importance of a specialised care service that would bridge the gap between independent care providers and national organisations. Superior Healthcare was founded with the objective of providing specialised services for people who have complex and long term health needs as a well as a comprehensive healthcare agency providing staffing solutions employing Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses across Kent and Sussex

The Role

  • As a Registered Nurse in our Agency Nursing team, you will have access to a wide variety of placements including Nursing Homes, Private Hospitals, Hospices and Schools.
  • Working closely with the office team, you will provide an excellent service and standard of care with the support of our booking coordinators and clinical trainers.
  • As a representative of Superior Healthcare, you’ll be a part of a wider nursing team ensuring our clients care settings operate safely and effectively.
  • Our Registered Nurses have person-centred care at the heart of everything they do, building rapport with clients, patients and residents alike.
  • 12 hour days or nights available

Requirements

  • To be able to fit seamlessly into roles within an array of environments
  • You must have a minimum 6 months post-registration experience
  • Holding a UK driving licence is essential
  • You must hold a clean and valid NMC PIN registration
  • Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature
  • To be able to commit to 12 hour shifts
  • The right to work in the UK
