Does your school have spare adrenaline pens and do your staff know when they can use them?
We often get asked about the guidelines around spare adrenaline pens and so we’ve organised a Q&A focusing on this with Prof Paul Turner, the clinician who championed the change in the law to allow schools to buy their own supply of adrenaline pens.
The Q&A on the 10th October 11am-12pm is free for staff members of schools who have signed up to join the Schools Allergy Register, those on our Managing Allergies in School training programme and school nurses who work for the NHS. Please email us to book your place. If your school is not currently working with The Allergy Team, there is a charge for this Q&A.
